VOLUNTEERING

We are a grass-roots organisation, and Changing Attitude relies on the time and energy of volunteers around the country to maintain our core work of influencing the church at the local level.

Our strategic network of Diocesan groups is run by volunteers, and your local group would welcome your assistance – e.g. as a convenor or committee member, or in less formal ways. If your diocese does not yet have a group, could you be a local point of contact? Could you help with fundraising at local or national level?

We depend on volunteer help to hold banners, distribute leaflets and staff the stall at General Synod meetings. We need people who are willing to speak at meetings or be media contacts; to help edit the newsletter; to stuff envelopes and help with newsletter mailings, and generally to assist us in the National Office in London. If you have time or skills which you think would benefit Changing Attitude, we would welcome your offers of help. Please click here to e-mail us about this. Thank you!
